The Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom.

The agenda will include discussion of new and unfinished business, homeowner concerns, committee updates, budgeting, collections, and the adoption of prior meeting minutes.

We encourage all homeowners to attend and stay informed about the ongoing operations 

and decision-making within the community.

Pflugerville’s Stage 1 Drought restrictions have been in effect since March 2023, limiting outdoor irrigation to one day per week before 8 am or after 7 pm. 

Irrigation from 8 am to 7 pm is prohibited every day for all customers.

Residential customers may use their irrigation system on their scheduled weekday. 

Customer’s designated day is based on the last digit of their address:

• Monday: 0 or 1
• Tuesday: 2 or 3
• Wednesday: 4 or 5
• Thursday: 6 or 7
• Friday: 8 or 9
