Board of Directors Meeting August 26, 2025 6:00 p.m.

The Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom.

The agenda will include discussion of new and unfinished business, homeowner concerns, committee updates, budgeting, collections, and the adoption of prior meeting minutes.

We encourage all homeowners to attend and stay informed about the ongoing operations

and decision-making within the community.

Here is a preview of the exciting events planned by your Pool & Social Committee.

🏆 Teen Challenge

Teens will compete in fun park challenges with prizes for the winner,—then cool off with pool games and pizza afterward.

🎤 Adult Pool Party

Enjoy a day or night at the pool with karaoke and a live mixologist demonstrating how to make cocktails and/or mocktails!

🎬 Movie at the Pool -this has been tentatively scheduled for August 8th- more details to follow

Bring the whole family for a relaxing evening by the water with a family-friendly movie..

🛍️ Community-Wide Yard Sale

Clear out the clutter and connect with neighbors during our fall yard sale,—planned for when the weather gets cooler.

Pflugerville’s Stage 1 Drought restrictions have been in effect since March 2023, limiting outdoor irrigation to one day per week before 8 am or after 7 pm.

Irrigation from 8 am to 7 pm is prohibited every day for all customers.
Thank you for doing your part to help conserve our community’s water supply!
Residential customers may use their irrigation system on their scheduled weekday.

Customer’s designated day is based on the last digit of their address:

Monday: 0 or 1
Tuesday: 2 or 3
Wednesday: 4 or 5
Thursday: 6 or 7
Friday: 8 or 9

pool Device application & Instructions

Pool Device Pickup

Once your application is processed and you’ve met all eligibility requirements, CAM will contact you with detailed pickup instructions.

Eligibility Requirements:

$0 Account Balance: All outstanding assessments, fees, fines, and late charges must be paid in full.
Driver’s License or Proof of Ownership: Upload a clear photo or scan.
Photo of Previous Fob (If you have one): This helps verify existing devices and may waive the replacement fee.
Completed Application: All required fields must be filled out completely.

Important Details:

CAM or the Cambridge Heights Pool Committee will contact you once your application has been processed and approved.
Complimentary Device: Each household is entitled to one (1) free access device if the previous device number is submitted.
Replacement Fee: A $25 fee applies for lost or stolen devices.

Please Note:
When you purchased your home, the previous owner should have transferred their access device to you. Each home is allotted one (1) free device as part of ownership, and it is intended to be passed along during the sale of the property.

Devices are processed by CAM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and are delivered to the community twice a month for local pickup.
