Board of Directors Meeting March 5, 2026 6:00 p.m.

 

The Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom.

 

The agenda will include discussion of new and unfinished business, homeowner concerns, committee updates, the adoption of prior meeting minutes, and collection matters.


We encourage all homeowners to attend and stay informed about the ongoing operations 

and decision-making within the community.

Reporting Neighborhood Concerns to City Enforcement

City of Pflugerville – Report a Problem

 Submit requests here:

Common issues include: graffiti, streetlights, traffic signs, street repairs, nuisance violations, mowing, sidewalks, and water concerns.

City of Round Rock – Code Enforcement

Report concerns here:

Examples include: high weeds, illegal dumping, dilapidated structures, and other city code violations.

Round Rock Police – Other Concerns

Pool closed for season — Will open 2026

Need a pool device (key fob)? You can apply at any time of year. Off-season requests are processed and activated for next season.
