• $0 Account Balance Required: All outstanding assessments, fees, fines, and late charges must be paid in full before a device can be issued.

Important Information

• The first pool device is provided at no charge.
• Replacement devices are $25 each.
• Owners cannot receive a device if they have late assessments or overdue fines on their account.

Device Delivery

Pool devices are dropped off in Cambridge Heights by management once per month. The Pool Committee will determine a time on either a Saturday or Sunday morning for pickup. This will be announced ahead of time.

If you need your device sooner, you may either:
• Pick it up at the CAM office, or
• Request that it be mailed to you using a tracked mailing service for an additional shipping fee.

Submitting your application early will help ensure your device is ready in time for pool season. If you have any questions, please contact management.

Cambridge Heights Owners Association – Pool Guest Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents, the following guest policies apply to the use of the community pool:

Guest Access

Guests must be accompanied by a Cambridge Heights member at all times.
Each household is allowed up to 4 guests at a time.
Pre-approval is required to host 4 guests per household, and this is limited to four (4) times per year.

Guardians & Supervision

Members may appoint a guardian (e.g., babysitter, relative, family friend, or neighbor) to accompany children at the pool.
A guardian must be at least 18 years old.
For children under 16, written authorization from a parent or adult member must name the appointed guardian. This authorization must be available upon request by a pool monitor or adult member at the facility.

Enforcement

Individuals previously involved in misconduct or vandalism, and who have been barred by the Board, may be asked to leave the premises immediately, even if attending as a guest.
Non-members may only visit the pool as guests up to 4 times per year.
Anyone on the premises without permission or under the required age without a guardian may be asked to leave by a Cambridge Heights member or appointed adult guardian.
If the individual refuses to leave, please contact the police first, then notify Community Association Management.
