Pool

The 2025 Pool Schedule is as follows:

Open Saturdays and Sundays in April and May, weather permitting


Open 7 days a week from Friday, May 23 through Sunday, August 17

-Pool is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily

-Lifeguard hours are 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily 

-Hours are reduced to weekends only from August 17 through Labor Day September 1

Cambridge Heights Owners Association – Pool Guest Policy

 


To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents, the following guest policies apply to the use of the community pool:


Guest Access

  • Guests must be accompanied by a Cambridge Heights member at all times.
     
  • Each household is allowed up to 4 guests at a time.
     
  • Pre-approval is required to host 4 guests per household, and this is limited to four (4) times per year.
     
  • To request approval for additional guests or more frequent visits, please contact:

Guardians & Supervision

  • Members may appoint a guardian (e.g., babysitter, relative, family friend, or neighbor) to accompany children at the pool.
     
  • A guardian must be at least 18 years old.
     
  • For children under 16, written authorization from a parent or adult member must name the appointed guardian. This authorization must be available upon request by a pool monitor or adult member at the facility.
     

Enforcement

  • Individuals previously involved in misconduct or vandalism, and who have been barred by the Board, may be asked to leave the premises immediately, even if attending as a guest.
     
  • Non-members may only visit the pool as guests up to 4 times per year.
     
  • Anyone on the premises without permission or under the required age without a guardian may be asked to leave by a Cambridge Heights member or appointed adult guardian.
     
  • If the individual refuses to leave, please contact the police first, then notify Community Association Management.

Cambridge Heights Owners Association – Non-Private Pool Part

To accommodate special events while maintaining a pleasant experience for all residents, the following guidelines apply to non-private pool parties (such as children’s birthday parties, scout troop gatherings, etc.):


Party Requests

  • All non-private party requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance.
     
  • Requests should be sent via email to Community Association Management at: stacy@camanagers.com
     

Review Process

  • Each request will be reviewed on an individual basis by the management team.
     
  • Approval will depend on the nature of the event, number of attendees, and impact on regular pool usage.
     

Facility Use Fee

  • An event use fee will be charged for all approved non-private parties.
     
  • Details regarding payment and any additional requirements will be provided upon approval.
